Add all outstanding convertible notes. After a convertible note is created, you can add investors to that note.

Put all your founders / equity here. You can also put your option pool. Do everything in terms of %, not number of shares. For instance, if there are 1,000,000 shares issued, and you own 200,000, put "20" for equity %.

Enter all equity rounds' pre-money valuation. After an equity round is created, you can add investors to that round. The first equity round you enter should be the Series A, and that's what the convertible notes will convert at.

Put all your investor names here. You will add their investments later in the Convertible Notes and Equity Rounds sections.

This is the equity % stake everyone has in the company. Convertible Note investors will not have equity until the first equity round.
